New grad NP salary

Talking about salary is a delicate topic. It's almost like an anathema when it comes to serve in the healing profession. It's definitely not the primary reason one would choose to become NP. However, knowing how much to expect would at least help you not sell yourself short and would hopefully add to the value of the NP profession by not selling your hard-earned NP skills and expertise short. It looks like if you are a new grad NP with no RN experience, you can expect to get paid at least $60/hr in SoCal. Not sure about other benefits.
