PMH:
- Ask if already previously had a colonoscopy?
- Always ask if family hx stomach ca.? colon ca.? (if other diseases like colitis, pt usually know and volunteer, no need to ask). Also remember to populate list of questions about family hx to make sure all conditions are checked off or not
Plan:
- Colonoscopy. Edu: perforation, bleeding, undetected ulcers, heart stop beating, anesthesia effects
- Rx: Golytely (last one), Bisacodyl (middle one)
