I - Recognize: multiple v-tach with twisting (torsades) around different points (de pointes) 

1 - Rate: super fast 

2 - Rhythm: up down unpredictable but it's always HIGH HIGH low low HIGH HIGH HIGH low low low HIGH low

3 - Axis: skip this for now

4 - Width: big QRS of 0.20 sec-ish

5 - Height: skip this for now

II - Treatment:

- CPR, 

- defibrillation, 

- intubate

- if needed magnesium, 

- figure out possible causes H/Ts,
