2nd degree AV block with Mobitz II

Tx:

 watchful waiting,

 figure out causes,

 pacemaker, 

atropine can be tried if rhythm isn’t due to ischemia (i.e. MI).  Atropine, when the heart is ischemic, can cause ventricular tachycardia!
